| The apartment is located on 25th Ave SW in Mission and is on the second floor. This is a great location very near to the river and amenities (buses along 4th Street and a Dollarama and Safeway within a two minute walk). Mission is ideal for Stampede (a 12 minute walk away) or those who love to go to Saddledome for concerts or Flames games. Mission is walkable, has great restaurants, and is one of the best places to live in Downtown Calgary. This is a 1.5 year old concrete building and thus is really quiet. It is a perfect spot if you work from home some or all of the time. It includes air conditioning, all appliances, and a balcony provides a nice place to sit outside. The building features a rooftop patio which has a barbecue. I have to leave Calgary so I am looking for someone to take over my lease. It runs until October 31, but since this is a Purpose Built Rental building you would be able to renew when it runs out for as long as you would like to live there. The cost is $1815 per month. Electricity is extra and costs me about $75 per month. If you would like, Telus fibre internet is $50 per month. Underground secured parking is available for $185 a month and if you have a dog or cat, there is a pet charge (it was $60 a month, but if interested we can get the current price). You would fill out an application to the landlord which likely includes a credit and reference check. |
