The most recent young man thought it was a mobile home and was disappointed in the room size... The woman before that, well…let’s just say ‘princesses’ need not apply. Tiny House is fully functional and has just about everything a standard house would. However, it is still a semi-off grid situation. There are some ‘finishing touches’ that need completion which is why it’s listed well below market value. I’m currently renovating the bathroom which will be done for July 1st. I would consider trading some work for rent if that’s something that interests you, let me know. We’ve got 26 acres so there’s a lot of space to work with. I’m happy to support anyone’s endeavours by giving them use of land—I’ve been blessed by this property and I’m all about “paying it forward.” Someone with a green thumb would be ideal, (or someone willing to learn such as myself), so we can get a garden and green house going.
