| I'm looking to rent my extra bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located in Deer Run, as my roommate is moving back to Saskatchewan. Rent is $700 and includes all utilities. Looking for someone before January 1st, willing to let someone move in as soon as Sunday with a reduced rate of $250 for the month. Must be cat friendly + queer friendly as I have cats and my partner and I are both queer. Unfortunately, we cannot take any more cats but small creatures should be fine! Room comes furnished with a bed and desk, but can move those out if you have your own furniture. You'd also be free to use anything in the common areas including, stove, fridge, air fryer, Keurig, Nespresso, espresso machine (my partner really likes coffee), 55" QLED tv, chest deep freezer, video game consoles. Bathroom was just recently renovated this week with brand new tiles. Bus is located right across the street and takes you right to Canyon meadows station in 10 minutes. It's also on schedule majority of the time which is lovely. If you drive parking is $30/month. My partner and I aren't home very often but are totally chill with someone who works at home and/or is home often. |
