| Hi everybody, I'm Andrew, living in a living room of 549 Belfast (2 bedroom apartment). We are looking for a friendly roommate to move in ASAP in a private room that has a window, heating and a closet. Privste room $610/m +electricity (around $35/m) +wifi $23.33/m $1220 due before move in: rent for the first month, a refundable security deposit of $610 and wifi (if you want to use it). As my dad says, "The best insurance is 100% advance payment." Rent payment is classic due before the 1st of the next month. Must be clean, respectful, mature individual without mental conditions. Stealing or dishonesty will not be tolerated, obviously. No smoking/vaping/drinking. Quite hours start at 9pm. Please be gentle with doors, locks, and use headphones.
