Living: 19.1 m² has a couch. I will sleep here. Balcony with chairs and grill Must be mature, honest, respectful, clean, responsible, adequate, trustworthy, serious. Weed/alcohol/smoking/vaping in the backyard only, not indoors and not on a balcony. You CLEAN after yourself. Cut your nails in your room. If you drop food on the floor you clean it immediately. No water on the floor after shower, curtain exists for a reason. Wipe counters, sinks and a toilet after yourself. No dishes left overnight. Lights off when leaving the room. Door locked when you are the last one leaving the apartment. Nothing crazy unless you are. We take turns sweeping/mopping common areas and taking garbage out. No noise after 9pm, use headphones. Obvious "common" courtesy must be ez to find, eh? Pets maybe. You will be paying all pet-related fees.
