| Hi all, I just got this amazing 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Brand New Condo in the Auburn Meadows View Area available from 01-June-2024. I have kept 1 room for myself and would like to rent out the other bedroom whereas the bathroom will be shared between the house mate and me. I would prefer working professionals who are clean, quiet and make it look like a family home and not a rooming house. Common area upkeep will be a shared responsibility between the house mate and myself. Please note that these rooms are for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only and I am not looking for people sharing rooms. The area has a lot of food options, banks and grocery stores. Please note that there is no parking stall available but plenty of street parking. I work at amazon as a manager, I eat non-veg and cook sometimes. Would prefer a non-veg house mate as well. Please note that credit check, references and employment verification might be required before moving in. Rent includes all utilities and wifi so its all inclusive.
