Located in the west end of Edmonton in Glastonbury, very close to nearby shopping, major bus routes and WEM, it's ideally better suited for a single person, with 1 bedroom, 1 bath and kitchen, and a separate entrance. We are very respectful of our tenant's privacy and give you as much notice as possible when we need access to the suite. It's very important that we get a non-smoker, quiet, mindful, responsible, reliable, and clean roommate who will care about the property (we are the same). No pets please. We prefer SINGLE MALE IN THE SUITE just because it suits better with a male. Or someone who works a lot . Monthly rent of $1200 per month for one person, with a damage deposit of $500/single tenant. All utilities are included (heat, water, power, internet, cable). You have your own entrance to the property, and the basement bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen to yourself. Tile floors throughout. Laundry is on the main floor (laundry schedule is flexible) and parking is available on the street. The suite is unfurnished.
