| Hi I’m Maddie and I’m looking for a roommate! I am in my second year at Lakeland college. I’m looking for female roommate only and preferably someone 18-22 years old. If you go to Lakeland that would be awesome but not necessary. Obviously must be working and everything would be split 50/50. Rent includes heat and water extra would be electric and wifi. It is a one year lease so I’m looking for someone for the whole year. The apartment is located on the Alberta side and only a couple minutes away from Lakeland and other amenities.
