| I have a single large room for rent in basement of duplex. Room is nearly half the basement size. Huge closet. Own bathroom downstairs. Kitchen, laundry and shower upstairs are shared. Whole house is furnished. Bedroom can come with a bed frame/headboard and mattress or not if you have your own. Fenced backyard and access to driveway. I have 2 small dogs so I would prefer no more animals but for the right one I would consider it. Must be ok with kids as well. Preferably female roommate.
