| I have set up my personal residence for people who need short term accomodation AirBnB style. I have recently had one person who had their place damaged by fire. She stayed 4 months while insurance fixed her place. Before that I had windfarm workers. I am also seeking people that are going thru crisis, possibly separation. My place is set up for you to be able to live a normal life immediately. It has nice fixtures, nice furnishings. 65" TV in the large common room. barbeque. I will rent by the day, week or month and rates are negotiable depending on the circumstance. Basically it is $100 per day or $400 per week or $900 per month depending on your needs. I am not looking for long term, but if that is what you need, we can talk. This is only suitable for 1 person as you share the common areas with only 1 other adult. I am looking for someone who has a crisis or needs a short term place right now and wants to be able to cook a steak, make pancakes and have a beer with friends. Maybe watch the football game to forget you are away from your family right now. You can do your laundry while watching hockey. This place has everything that you need to enjoy your life. Bedding, wifi, laundry, coffee maker, cooking supplies, airfryer, toaster, fridge, stove, barbeque, washer, dryer, probably no pets. no smokers. and you can have limited possessions in the house. This is not supposed to be the ideal situation. It is supposed to be a bridge to your next place.
