This house is directly across from the university and its bus loop, and has plenty of off-street parking as well. One room is available in this house that is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. With rooms that are larger, it will feel hard to feel cramped here. You will have to bring your own bed; the furniture shown in the photos will be provided. The shared main floor kitchen has two refrigerators, leaving you with plenty of shelf space. High speed internet with unlimited data is available for your studies or your next Netflix binge. Probably both. There are shared bathrooms, and shared on-site laundry with high-efficiency machines are available. In the fully finished basement, there is a pool table for you to sharpen your skills on as well. Students only, quiet individuals preferred. No big parties, no pets, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs. An in-person viewing by the person looking to rent here is required before any agreements are made. Virtual viewings will not be given. A 12 month lease will have to be signed.
