What is included: - twin size bed - your own closet - curtains - all utilities - bathroom with tub / shared with a couple that are here only 7 days/month - washer / dryer - access to kitchen, living room - large backyard, deck with lot of green space in the summer - nightstand + lamp - you need to bring your own sheets. I will provide one set. - Netflix tv - You can use all my dishes - Brand new mattress and bedframe - No one ever stayed in the room you would be the first one House is only a few years old. Its shared with myself (female) and one other couple that are here only 7/days in 30 days on their days off. I do have a small kitty with great character, he is super smart and playful. I am looking for someone extremely clean and respectful that can take care of my place as if its their own. Asking $1300/month, damage deposit $1000 required. I want someone that wants to stay long term, at least 6 months lease or longer. Month to month is an option. References required.
