One room in a west side house, in a safe, newly developed and nice neighborhood, with three male roommates. One year lease(already started) which will end in May. MUST SIGN LEASE FROM MOVE IN DAY UNTIL MAY. Short drive to gym, grocery store and University. Great for a student or someone trying to save money. Great place to live but I need to move for my job. The room comfortably fits a queen bed, (mattress and frame included as I am purchasing a new one) desk and tv(not included). Has a spacious closet and a north facing window. As well as 3 plugins, one on each wall excluding the closet wall. All three roommates are in mid 20s, clean and organized. One is a full time student who you will share a bathroom with, one who works full time and one works and is also in school. The kitchen, living room and yard is shared among the roommates as well as the laundry room in the basement. Rent is split 4 ways. Utilities are split equally four ways. Room $550 / month your share of utilities is approx. $200 / month. (This number varies slightly) For a total of approx. $750. Rent is due the first of the month.
