| Couple with new born baby, looking to rent a room out in our basement, close to university only couple blocks away. Home has 5 bedrooms 3 up 2 down and a large kitchen upstairs which would be shared, theres 3 living rooms, a giant office, theater room and rec room with pool table and foosball table, 3 bathrooms, and down stairs has a large bar area with fridge and sink which would be all for the downstairs renter if wanted, recently upgraded our stove so could possibly put our old one down by the bar and would have basicly a full kitchen setup there awsel. Large back yard and double car garage. Looking for someone responsible and respectful preferably female renter. Internet and utilities covered just $700/month plus damage deposit |
