There is a concrete driveway with 2 bus stops a minute or two away on either side of it . North side, beautiful Parks and and a swimming pool and ice arena and pool adorn the area with Walmart, Sobies, the Industrial Park and numerous strip malls near by. This north side home is adjacent to The Industrial Park and Galaxy Bowl. It features and includes all wifi, internet, new washer dryer and all utilities. This place is like your home away from home, comfortable, safe, quiet and friendly. It is not a party house but a place to enjoy, relax, study and again, feel at home. I am looking for friendly, responsible and respectful, and clean tenants that either work or go to school. I think you will like the place as my goal for this place is to have tenants that care, are respectful towards each other and are willing to take care of the place and make it there own quiet place to relax, study and enjoy. |
