It is 5 minutes walking to the bus station and 20 minutes’ walk to the University. The room is furnished with bed, queen size mattress, closet, dresser with mirror, study desk, mini-fridge, chair, big bright window. Full access to kitchen and laundry room, dining area. A nice sun room is available. Female University student or individual young professional is more welcome! Just bring your personal belongings and cooking stuff, you need not buy anything else for your stay. Utilities and WIFI included. Lots of parking area. No smoking, vaping, pot of any form, illegal substances, parties and overnight guests. No pets. Must keep your living space clean. Bathroom shared with others. Rent is $ 600/m.
