| Hi, I am a 31-year-old female, nurse and a christian, with a 10-year-old son in Leduc County. I am searching for a small house to rent with available pasture for my two horses. I do not drink, smoke, or use recreational drugs. I enjoy garde ingredients and being home. have rented my current home for over six years, which is situated on 10 acres. I can provide a reference upon request. During my time here, I have made significant improvements to the house and property, receiving many compliments from my landlord on the upkeep and appearance. I will treat your home with the same care and respect. I have two well-behaved horses—a senior and a mare—as well as a lovely yellow lab who is not destructive and is very sweet and lazy. I do also have chickens but am willing to rehome them. I am looking for a place around Leduc County, Thorsby, or Calmar, but I am open to areas further out. I would love to meet and discuss further! I am not interested in renting a room or sharing a house. |
