The yard is not fenced but there is a park right behind the house. I recently purchased this house with a possession date of June 3 but it will likely be moved up as early as May 1. I will be living upstairs and am looking for a professional, respectful and quiet person to live downstairs. I have a dog who will live with me. The house was recently renovated and is very clean. No smokers, drugs or parties. I have a video of the suite that I can send but Kijiji won’t allow me to post it. This is a small space and would not be ideal for more than two people.
