| Looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom suite in Lacombe. Rent is 600$ and 1/2 utilities (power/internet) Room is unfurnished, big enough for a queen bed. Has a decent size closet. There is a portable A/C, and most furnishings in the suite. I work out of town on either 2 weeks on 1 week off or 21/10 depending on the job. I do have a cat, so must be cat friendly, as well I could give a break on rent for looking after the cat while I'm away (scoop the box and fill food/water when low) No smoking, drugs, partying, heavy drinkers, or overnight guests. You will have to fill out an application to be on the lease. Rent will be paid to me along with damage deposit (flexibility on deposit depending on the person) May consider rent to someone else with cat, but no dogs. I will have pictures of the place when I get home from my hitch. Preference given to christian, unvaccinated/conservative. Not liberal/rainbow mafia friendly. |
