We are looking for a clean and responsible working professional that is working full time. The suite includes: • Separate entrance • Double-bed mattress, TV, and furniture. • Kitchen with stove, microwave, and fridge. • Private washer & dryer • Full washroom with shower • Wifi is included • Utilities (Heat, Water, Electricity) are included Cable TV and Phone is not included. Private Parking is not available. (Street parking is free) Our code of conduct: • For single occupancy only • No pets allowed • No Airbnb or subletting allowed • No smoking or vaping in the house • No loud parties; Must respect noise level for other tenants and neighbours. To approve your tenancy, you must be able to provide: • A recent pay stub, and proof of employment letter. • A valid photo id (driver's license or Canadian passport). • A security deposit of one month's rent • Consent for us to do a credit and background check The room is only available for the right person on a month-to-month basis. Please read everything above carefully. Viewings can be scheduled between Monday to Friday 9AM to 7PM. Weekends by request. Thank you. |
