| Hi there, we have a furnished bedroom available for a mature (40 plus) male roommate who is clean and easy to get along with . You would be sharing the whole upstairs with 2 other awesome male roommates and ourselves as we do our cooking upstairs. Shared laundry downstairs. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub with a shower and a modern toilet ( bidet). We have 2 cats that have access to the whole house so hopefully you don’t have allergies to cats. About ourselves; we are very easy going, love watching hockey, 420 friendly/ smoke friendly (outdoors only). We have security cameras around property including a secure fenced yard with awesome neighbors. Utilities are included with rent which is $700 per month and a $300 deposit. We also have a swimming pool, bbq, firepit, fan provided for bedroom, a/c in the living room and a big screen tv. You can also put a tv in your room if you wish.
