| Hello:) Looking for a roommate to share my home with as of Nov 1st. I have a 2013, two story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1900 sqft home with AC in Hilldowns not Spruce Ridge, Spruce Grove where I live with my 6 year old tabby cat and my 2 year old Havanese dog and currently have a renter that occupies the basement. So I am looking to rent out one of the upstairs bedrooms. You and the other tenant will have 1.5 bathrooms to share as I have my own. You will of course, have access to the rest of the house including a bonus room, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard/fire table/bbq. Rent is $850/month plus utilities which will be split between # of roommates. I do have a spare bed, if you are in need of one. A little about me. I’m 34 years old, no kids, recently separated and work from home full time. I love to be social but I also like my lazy/quiet days. I enjoy watching and play sports, have a very easy and outgoing personality, so I love to joke around and use sarcasm. With all places, there are rules and expectations for everyone living here, but I want you to feel like this is your home too. I am looking for a person who is clean, tidy and doesn't do drugs. I also have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks so we don't have to do the hard scrubbing! If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask me! |
