| July 1st, I have a cozy 2 bedroom main floor apartment to share on the north side in Crystallina Nera. It is a beautiful newer neighborhood. The room available is furnished, and you would have your own bathroom. I will only use it to do laundry. My room/bathroom is not included in the photos. I am in search of someone who’s very respectful, responsible and clean. I’m in my mid 40’s and I am a self employed working woman. I am pretty quiet, except when it’s hockey night. Nothing comes between hockey and I. If you have a love for hockey then great!Let’s share some snacks and a little cheer. I can list a million things of my likes and dislikes/hobbies etc, but I will leave that for a personal meet and greet until I find someone who’s much like me and I find the right fit. Also, I have a kitty. She’s sweet n spicy. This is her house and all the rooms are hers. So if you’re okay with that then purrfect! She does not get along with other animals unfortunately. This is a humble home. I’m friends with most of my neighbors. I love the scenery here. It’s quiet and clean and the patio is relaxing. There’s also nice areas to walk including a nearby lake. Everything is $800.00 all in. Tenant insurance is an absolute must to protect you and of course myself. No exceptions. So if you seem interested, let’s talk! |
