| I am looking for someone to share the main floor of a 3-bedroom home. Ideally this person would be non-smoking as the property is not smoking friendly. You would have full access to a fully furnished kitchen, living room and private bedroom on the main floor. As well, the use of the backyard, firepit, and patio furniture. You will have access to free parking year round, mainly street parking but access to a power plug in the back as needed in winter. I am retired male looking for someone to split the monthly household costs with. This would mean that in addition to $650 in rent every month I am looking for someone to cover half of the utilities: $150 to 200 (Approximately-varies month to month & seasonally) This house is located in the Rosslyn neighborhood, in north-central Edmonton. Close to Northgate Mall, Northtown Mall, as well Northgate Transit Centre. |
