| The condo to be shared has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one storage room and an open kitchen / living room. It will be unfurnished. The balcony can be accessed from the living room. Located in a quiet neighborhood with old growth trees lining the streets, this condo provides a peaceful living environment. The total rent is 1300 CAD including heat and water. Since the bigger room is twice as big as mine, I am asking 700 CAD for it. I think this is fair. Electricity was about 50 CAD per Person in the old constellation. My former flatmate and I agreed on using our mobile data for internet access, so currently there is no Wi-Fi. In the past, I have always lived in a shared flat in different constellations with different genders and enjoyed it a lot. For the last two years I was living with females in a 2 bedroom shared flat and we got along very nicely! I am not smoking, tidy, easy going and I do respect privacy. I enjoy communication, cooking and living together. An open and honest communication is key! Most of the time my door will be open, ready for interaction! I love music and like to listen to it.
