Location is 3 minute bus ride from Whyte (15 min walk) and one 15 minute bus from downtown/LRT. Bus stop 30 second walk. Grocery store across the street and most amenities within a 2-10 minute drive. Free street parking and all utilities included (except for the 70 for internet). Laundry machine and dryer inside the suite, living room and kitchen is furnished but all furnishing is replaceable/switchable. There is a cat in the house so there won't be room for any more than one other cat, and we will have to introduce them to each other to make sure they get along. Drinking and noise friendly to a certain extent ( just be respectful of neighbours and late night noise). Great for students or young adults moving out for the first time but available for all.
