| Hi! My name is Astrid and I'm 35 years old. I live in a one bedroom apartment in Oliver (right across from Unity Square) and the bedroom can be all yours! It is partially furnished, with a dresser, a couch, a rug and a bedframe with a headboard (no actual bed tho) and 2 garbages. You even get a complimentary lava lamp and portable air conditioner and a Picasso painting! Sell the things you don't want and get some extra pocket money (except the Picasso). If you're wondering where I sleep, it's in the living room. Rent is $925, so your share will be $462.50 plus half of the internet (superfast for only like $55/month, so you're paying less than $30) and half the power (which fluctuates every month, but is usually between $90 -$120). So all in all, you're looking at ~$600/month all together. You can also have access to my streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+) and make your own profiles for an extra $10/month. We can either buy our own groceries or just pool them together and split the bill in half. Whatever you like. You have to have your own laundry money ($3.50 for one wash, $2.50 for one dry. Robbery!), but we can share laundry supplies and I will do your towels for you and any kind of toweled cloth (if you want) every 2nd Friday. Hell, I'll do your laundry and fold it for $10/month. I just want a big enough load to justify the $6 for wash and dry. You're allowed 2 guests over who may spend the night on occasion. If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, leeway will be given to how often they can stay over. Please don't abuse the privilege! Smoking cigarettes must be done outside. 4/20 friendly, but only if you vape. If you smoke flower, it must be done in the bathroom with the door closed and an incense lit (plenty of incense provided). One caveat: I like to take long bubble baths, so before I do, I will text you and ask if you need the shower or need the shower by a certain time. If you need to use the bathroom, just politely knock on the door and I will get out immediately and let you do your business. I find baths therapeutic, but I am very accomodating. If you want a bath, you can use my bubble bath. There is 1 parking stall and it's only 5'2", so if you have a big car, we will have to discuss it with the building manager. Looking for male or female. No hard drugs or acting belligerent when drunk. Must provide 2 references (your parents can be one lol) and proof of income going back 3 months so I know you can pay (pay stubs, bank statement, etc). I don't care if your job is shady, you just gotta pay the bills. I will do most of the cleaning (vacuuming, the bathroom, dishes, towels). All I ask is you help mop like every 2 weeks and be responsible for your own bedroom. The picture of the bedroom is messy, but I will have it ship-shape for you. There is a cat here. Her name is Gypsy. She is way cuddly and chill and of course, I will feed and water her and do the litterboxes in a timely fashion so the apartment doesn't reek. We are only allowed one cat per unit and no dogs in the building unfortunately, so you can't have pets (unless they're like little critters or fish).
