I don’t smoke, and I’m looking for someone who is clean and conscientious, and okay with cats. The unit has river valley views, granite kitchen countertops, lots of storage, 1.5 baths. You get half of all storage space and half of a deep freezer. Photos are from a few years ago, I am getting all new furniture. $850/month includes all utilities and internet, parking is extra.
