| I have to find a place by the end of January 2025. In this crazy economy, I can't afford a 1 bedroom on my own. Besides, 1 br is even more expensive than 2 bedrooms (we all know that!). So, long story short: I need someone looking for a place for mid to end January to join me, and we find a 2 bedroom together. I have been looking already, have an appointment for viewing 2 places next week. The cheapest, yet decent 2 bdr we can get closer to downtown is $ 1,300 (utilities included, except power and internet). If you don't have furniture or cookware, don't worry. I have a spare comfy mattress, sofa, coffee table, kitchen table and chairs, plenty of pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery...you would just need to bring your own bedding; that's it. Finally, some conditions: I am turning 60 in 2 months, work downtown. I'd prefer you be between 40 and 60), with a decent job, clean, responsible and polite. I don't mind if you drink or smoke as long as it's moderate: no parties or loud TV/music. Well, that's it for now.
