| Beautiful fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom main floor house located in Millwoods. Parking in garage, fully furnished with furniture, tv, all cooking utensils / cutlery, bedding, towels...etc. All you need is your suit case. Looking for mature working individual roomate, preferably female as a woman resides in the basement suite. I work rotational and am only at the house for a total of 2 to 3 days a month. I stop by in between rotations just long enough to pack some clothes, take a shower and then I’m gone to see my wife and kid. Located just minutes away from Anthony Henday and Whitemud Drive. Rent is $800 / month which includes all utilities. Damage deposit of $800 Rent is month to month after a minimum 6 month stay. No smokers or pets. |
