| Clean, quiet couple looking to rent a room or basement suite for tomorrow (October 1st) or asap. Ideally looking to pay 1000 a month or 1200 if utilities are included. We come with two cats and a very well behaved dog. We have 1000 in cash right now and anything additional can be given on Tuesday when next pay comes in.
