Also provide volunteer opportunities. * Occasionally provide complimentary passes for sporting, theatre & live music events. * Landlord takes tenants to local parks, attractions, festivals as well occasional trip to the Mountains etc. “The only landlord I can recommend and our international students love him is Will Vandervelde” ~ Zuzana Schmidtova Ritzer, FORMER Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor / International Officer Concordia University • A portion of your rent goes to support various local and international charities especially charities that help the poor, orphans, widows and the disabled. My favourite charity to donate to is https://www.hopeandhealing.org/ • Rooms start at $500 plus a flat fee of $100 for Utilities. • Quiet hours start at 10PM Sunday-Thursday and at Midnight Friday-Saturday; • Absolutely no use of drugs including Marijuana or excessive use of alcohol by Tenants or their guests while on property inside or out. Social drinking is fine, but NOT to the point of intoxication. Smoking is permitted outside only. Overnight guests need approval and no overnights for boyfriends / girlfriends (this is all included in lease). • Criminal Record & Credit check will be done on all new tenants at no cost to tenant. You can rest assured that we have done a thorough check on you’re the fellow tenants sharing the suite. • A little about your potential landlord….I work as a Therapist at local hospital as well as a Youth Treatment Centre.
