| Hi, I have 2 bright top floor fully furnished rooms for rent in my 3 bedroom 2.5 washroom house in southwest. Rent is 600 including utilities and extra 25$ per month for tenant insurance. Need lease signed and 600$ as Deposit. 1 month notice if either owner or tenant want to break the lease. Only for females. Prefer working women or student between 20 to 35 year old. Bus stop that connects to century park/millwoods are within 2 minute walking distance. Street parking available in a quiet neighborhood in front of house. Sorry strictly No pets, No smoking, No party and No guests inside house due to privacy concerns. Washroom upstairs is shared by 2 room tenants i.e 2 girls. Both rooms are furnished with bed,mattress, fan etc. And you will get access to kitchen, living room with TV, sofa, dining area etc. Need proof of income, ID card copy, damage deposit, first month rent and lease signed needed before move in.
