| I’m looking for a new roommate for my basement space in my Cranston townhouse. You will have your own bedroom and living space. Shared entrance, kitchen and laundry. Shared storage and utilities in basement. Street parking is available. I own the Townhouse is 4 BR 4BR, has a bonus room (workout area), small fenced backyard and attached garage. Looking for one person for my basebt space for total of three adults in a 4BR unit. I live with my long term boyfriend and my two small dogs. My dogs are both Yorkie mixes and shy at first. One is a rescue, they will greet you when you come home so tenant must be comfortable with dogs. Looking for long term rental but start with 6 month lease. We are both in our early 30’s and I work as a nurse. Located in Cranston SE with easy access to Stoney Trail and Deerfoot and on bus route. All utilities included. Rent is $900/month possibly lower if working out of town. Must be friendly, clean, and quiet. No smoking, no parties, 420 friendly. Sorry no pets (complex rule max 2 pets). For one person only, no couples or children. Must be working and provide proof of income and references. Basement is unfurnished but all shared spaces and kitchen equipped.
