| Hello! Looking for a student to take over my lease at Horizon Residence in Edmonton. This is a fully furnished suite directly across the street from MacEwan University, minutes from NorQuest College, and a short drive to Pixel Blue College. There is also transit to the UofA or NAIT. I currently have a room in a 2-bedroom suite with an exterior window. The lease take-over is for $950 a month from September 2024 to end of April 2025. You can have the room starting August 15, 2024 for half the price if you need to move in for August. If you lease a room directly from Horizon for a 2-bedroom suite it is currently $1100 with an exterior window. $950 is a deal! Any gender can take-over the lease as compatible roommates have not been assigned yet.
