| Hi ! Our house is looking to fill 1 or 2 rooms in our 4 bed, 2 baths house. All utilities are included, including wifi, as well as the full use of the house, storage areas, laundry and dryer, 2 living rooms, fenced yard and a firepit. We are well situated, right downtown, walking distance to grocery stores and all essential services. We are all hard-working adults in our mid-20’s and early 30’s. We have cats and very well behaved dogs in the house, so we make sure to stay on top of house chores, leaving common areas clean for the next person to use it. We are horse people, so the dogs come with us to the ranch for the day. If you work from home, the house is usually quiet for most of the day. We are clean , respectful, and welcoming. We are looking for the right fit ! Our home is quite big, lots of storage , we have an extra “shop room” where we do some art and leather work. There is 2 open room. One bigger at $800/month , and one smaller at 700$ and includes all utilities. We would most likely fill only one of them. I am open to discuss about a cheaper rent in exchange of help around the house as we are all really busy and could you the help, or for someone that works away and is barely home.
