| Two middle aged, non-smoking, no pet, empty nesters looking for a newer townhouse, duplex or house rental for Sept 1st. (No basement tenants please) Our current rental is unfortunately going on the market. We are immaculate and very respectful renters. We treat the home as our own and take pride in the way the inside and outside are cared for. Ideally we would like two or three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms and a double car garage. A nice yard would be a bonus! We have a strong steady income, and excellent references. Looking for a long term lease. Thank you! *no shared homes *no scammers :( |
