| Hi I'm a 29 yr old educated female who is in need of, and also looking for someplace convincing to be able to rent that is in my budget. Currently , I am looking for something which is going to be in the Northside of Edmonton AB. Clairview area is ideal, but not a total loss if not. I'm looking for either a basement suite to rent out, or... a room for rent will also do for a couple months until I can further myself to get back up there and back on my feet after being pretty much isolated from the outside world of things for way longer than I had expected. I am a clean freak. So cleaning is no chore to me.. but rather quite a fun hobby I like to take on by myself on the daily with my set routine of getting my day started! I l can cook amazing meals too... and I'm not shy to hold up a great conversation at times either as I myself enjoy some company from time to time! I am totally independent on my own self, and very goal driven about things that are needed to get done. I don't mind at all doing nor helping with maintaining the housework/or.. the outdoor labor that needs to get done throughout the vacancies of your other tenants ... or with any of your guests that possibly stay upon thier time of welcome if agreed upon as your wishes must be met and carried out accordingly 1st. I am huge on respect and was raised old fashioned with the saying being, do right by people as if you would want the same-- while getting the mutual level of treatment you would like, come right back to you.
