You can set up your own living room just outside your bedroom door (in our jam space that we hardly ever use) (bonus if you play drums or piano) There is your own entrance through the walkout basement, or come in through the front, where there is ample parking on a huge driveway. There is a half bath immediately upstairs across from the kitchen, and a full bath on the second floor, but we are installing a bathroom in the basement soon.
