| The Yellow Bedroom with walk in closet Incentives: Early move in can be accommodated (June 24) I have a single room available for rent in canyon meadows SW Calgary. The space has freshly been painted and decorated. Its a large bedroom that is furnished With double bed desk dresser and other items, with a big walk in closet with plenty of storage! The home is Walking distance to south center mall and 10 min walk to Anderson train station. Or the direct bus down town is not even one block away. The home also has an Outdoor pool and basketball tennis courts, The home has a newly fenced back yard. You would have full access to all the common areas of the house (dining room, kitchen, laundry room, TV room and yard). Everything is included in monthly rent except cable TV. Parking on the street or a spot can be available for 40$ a month. ( that's what I get charged for the spot) or 1000.00 per month The Roommate: MUST LOVE DOGS! The household would only include me (F) and the little dog in the last photo. The dog is only 7 pound and will most likely sleep all day or fallow you around and is very friendly. I keep to myself and very busy so I need a trustworthy person. I work from home some times so you must be respectful of that. In the Neighborhood: The area amenities include living in a quite and safe neighborhood of Canyon Meadows near Fish Creek Provincial Park, walking distance to South Center Mall, Fish Creek Library, community center with gym and pool. Public transit bus stop (bus #3) right on elbow not even a block away and C-train is only 10-minute walk and C-train takes you downtown Calgary. YOU THE RENTER: Please tell me a little about your self when you email if interested. I would prefer a student or a single professional, Smoking or 420 - not in the house outside please even E-smokes I don’t want to smell it in the house Pets - prefer not but we can talk about it with a none refundable 250$ deposit. Most likely the answer will be no, as it also have to be Condo approved. Parties and people – I understand that you will have friends and I have friends just be respectful of the others space, needs and noise levels and everything would be good. Rent is $960.00 . deposit first/ last months rent deposit required upfront before you get keys and the rent for the first before move in. E-transfer works best. Terms of lease Are flexible I would like the First 3 months is on a trial base. Was can talk after the 3 months I can be fairly flexible on the terms for the right person.
