Room is available from January 1st, 2025. The kitchen and bathroom have to be shared with other roommates. There is no carpet and it is a laminate floor. It is easy to clean and you do not have to worry about dust and pet allergies. Laundry is shared and it's on the first floor with a mail room. Underground parking (up to 6’6” in height) is available for an additional $25 per month for one space on a first-come, first-served basis. [ Parking spot is already rented.
