In less than 10min walking time, you will have access to LRT, buses, parks, library, grocery, restaurant, cafe, shopping centre, etc. Looking for a very responsible and very respectful student or professional to live here. There have been a mix of guys and girls living here, so we are indifferent to having a guy or girl take over the available bedroom, so long as you are a mature and respectful person. This location would be perfect for a student who is attending the UofC, as the walking distance to the Dalhousie train station is about 7min (550m) and the train ride from Dalhousie station to University station is strictly less than 5 minutes. The train ride to SAIT station is strictly less than 15 minutes. Driving to the UofC is around 5 minutes, as well as driving to Market Mall or Crowfoot Mall. Utilities includes high speed internet, heat and water. Electricity bill needs to be split among tenants, around $20 to $30 per month. Non-smoking of any kind and no pet.
