| Hello there. I must firstly clarify that our furnished room for rent is only available for five months, till March 31. My wife (Filipina) and I are looking for a roommate to share our house with. We have a sunny one bedroom available for rent immediately at $750 a month (utilities included), with a one month damage deposit required. The Somerset Ctrain Station is a 7 minute walk from our place. We are also a 5 minute walk to Shawnessy's commercial area which has everything that you would ever need plus a park near by with free tennis courts. My wife and I are very chill and easy to get along with so we're looking for the same. There is on street parking available, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fenced yard in this great neighbourhood.
