| We currently have one opening in our singles, usually 40+ male dominated house - close to the inner city ('South Calgary / Marda Loop' area). Only non smoking (including no pot), light social drinking, mature, respectful of others types will be considered. We currently have a lease only until the end of August, then we may get renewed until next April or may need to leave at that time. We will know the length of term we have some time in early July. Everything but food and personal items included in monthly rate (ie rent, utilities, wifi, cable TV, detergents, TP, cleaning supplies, etc). Just bring your clothing, some bedding and personal hygiene items. We are all used to living very independantly so we respect each others' space and lives. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates, etc. The house is fully furnished. We have laundry in the house and an extra office space should one want to use it. We use headsets on stereos, TVs and computers to keep sound invasion to ourselves. Yes company is allowed but no overnight guests. Should you have anyone over, Guests need to follow house rules that are posted and you are responsible for them. Available now or July 1.
