Description
Looking for 1 person to share this beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse with. I’m a 29 year old Caucasian male in my 3rd year of electrical apprenticeship. I’m originally from B.C. I have spent the last 2 years in Edmonton. I recently moved to Calgary to be closer to my family and finish my schooling at SAIT. And let’s be honest, Calgary is better than Edmonton. I’m looking for someone who is like minded and easy going. I’m quiet and a bit of an introvert myself. I’m not a partier but do enjoy a drink once in awhile or a gummy. I enjoy playing guitar but at a beginner level. I also love animals so if you have a pet, they’d most likely be a welcomed addition. Im open to a male or female roommate as long as we get along. The landlord is my older brother and wife who also live in McKenzie Towne. He’s a contractor and his wife works for CPS. Rent is $2200 plus utilities. I’m looking for someone to split everything 50/50 with. The townhouse is 2 blocks from High Street in the heart of Mckenzie Towne. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, eateries and grocery store. The main floor features a Modern kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 1/2 bath, living and dining areas. The backyard is fenced and newly landscaped with sod and underground sprinklers. The 2nd floor has 2 oversized bedrooms, walk-in closet, Jack and Jill bathroom, and laundry. A pull down staircase leads to a massive semi-developed attic which is great for storage or your favorite hobbies. This Zen built complex is very neighborly and welcomes your favourite furry friends of all shapes and sizes. The unit also has 2 parking stalls. If you’re interested, please tell me a bit about yourself and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
