| Roommate Needed for July 1st, August 1st negotiable. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on second floor of quiet 2 story building. $730/month, Available July 1st. Master bed and ensuite, unfurnished (there is a nightstand and dresser you’re welcome to use but if not I can get rid of them), the rest of the apartment is fully furnished shared space. All utilities included, only pay half of internet ($50 each), very low rent in the current climate. $500 damage deposit required. Large green space behind building 1 cat is allowed with pet deposit (must be able to get along with other cats, I have one very friendly senior cat). Laundry is card operated and shared with the building. Moderate sized east facing balcony. Non-smoking building. Includes access to pool and gym in main building. Close to South Glenmore Park, Heritage Park, Heritage and Southland train stations, Rockyview Hospital, and all amenities. Easy access to Stoney Trail, Glenmore Trail and short drive to both Chinook and Southcentre malls. Underground parking is available for an extra $75/month, however there is plenty of free street parking in front of the building. Looking for a quiet, respectful roommate. Must be reliable and laid back. NO PARTIES it is a family building, kids and seniors living in surrounding apartments. Quiet get togethers with friends are welcome.
