The room is available starting October 1st. About Me: I work from home and like things to be reasonably quiet during the week. I prefer a clean and organized space and appreciate roommates who do too. I’m easygoing and respectful of others, but I’m always up for a chat or sharing a meal. Some of my hobbies include cooking, baking, reading, rug tufting, and sewing. About the Space: Rent: $1250/month (includes heat, water, electricity, and internet) Bedroom: Unfurnished with a private ensuite bathroom. The rest of the apartment is furnished. Amenities: In-suite laundry, concierge, gym, games room, and a conference room available in the building Pets: I have two friendly cats, so you'll need to be okay with pets (you can always keep your door closed if you prefer them not to enter your room).
