| I need to get this out there to anybody that’s looking to rent a room. This guy is the slumlord of all landlords in Calgary. He will manipulate you into thinking that he is a victim from previous tenants when he is an alcoholic, drug addict, narcissistic lier , and he once you go against his will, And he will nitpick the living quarters because he has a lot of mental health issues. He will evict you over pettiness and Make accusations, then make it challenging for you to live there so then you were forced to move out and lose your damage deposit like myself and the past previous attendance. please at all cost do not rent from this guy.
