| Must be ok with 2 cats - no worries, they will not go in your room. We are two working adults, often working from home. We don’t have children. Looking for folks who understand and respect the fact that we will be working and living normal life. If you’re ok to party outside and not in the home, then read on. Options: 1) Room with half bathroom $130 per day 2) Room without bathroom $110 per day What: 1 room for rent, double bed with new mattress and bedding. Fully furnished. We can provide 1 towel if needed. If you have any extra needs let me know, we'll see what we can do. Access to: kitchen and common areas. Laundry and gym in the building. We have a large balcony with a couple of chairs, nice to lounge on warm days. Extras: walking distance to LRT, very central at 17th Ave (lots of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, grocery etc) Reference point good earth coffee shop 1502 11 St SW, Calgary Rules: No kids or pets, sorry. No smoking or drinking at home or on the balcony. Clean up after yourself. In pics: orange betsheet is the no bath option, purple bedsheet is the 1.5 bath option.
