| Hi there! I have a room I would like to rent. It's available by December 1st. It can be furnished or unfurnished. My sister is moving back home, so I am looking for a roommate to take the space. I'm asking $1,000 a month for the room. Utilities & internet are included. It’s a main floor unit, across the street from the Freshco in Ogden (right off Glenmore near Deerfoot). The place has in-suite laundry, a nice kitchen & living room setup, brand new renovated bathroom (I added a fancy bidet too) as well as a backyard and plenty of street parking. I am 28 and a professional working in IT. I’ve been living here for a year and a few months but I’ve been living on my own for much longer. I have been playing guitar for 10+ years - so I love music and I collect vinyl records. I like working on my cars, spending time with my family, playing board/video games, and I’m 420 friendly also. I had two cats but my sister is taking them with her. I'm looking for someone who is cool and responsible. If you’re interested and looking for a place to call home, please reach out.
